my baby boy is 21 months old still he is not responding by calling his names, is it a serious concern.

A. hello if the child is able to respond to other sound then it may not be a problem but if child is not at all responding to any kind of sound it would be better to have a check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly and nothing to worry
