My baby boy is 20 months old and he still don't start to speak mommy papa and he is too much aggressive. .kindly please tell me reason of aggressive??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you can still wait for some more time if your child is having all the other milestones proper nothing to worry just make the child interactive and spend some more time with your child
