my baby boy is 20 days old but last 3 days his chin is full of acne what to do why it was coming to his face pls explain anyone what to do if I consult any skin doctor

Ma’am you should check with your doctor is not necessarily that it could be accurate could be other issue also but since you haven’t shared a picture I would highly recommend you to please visit your doctor and get the child evaluated by the doctor
