Give protein rich,calcium rich foods in regular diet.
Dry roast nuts(cashew,almonds,pista) separately grind into fine powder store in aor tight container.
You can mix this nuts powder in milk,kheer,porrdige,cerelac add dates powder or jaggery powder for sweetness.
Check suitability of nuts to baby.
Pulses,cereals,egg,fruits ,vegetables in regular diet helps in balancing nutritional requirement.
