My baby boy is 2 months old, he didn't pass motion for the past two days... iam exclusively feeding breast milk... may i know what should I do?

Don’t have to do anything if your child is comfortable and if you feel your child is discomfort then you can put a suppository in the anal region of the child but right now there is no problem as it is commonly seen with kids to suffer with constipation in this age
