A. hi it happens because of many reasons like elarged aencdots which is normal . or it happens because of prolonged exposure to screen , nutritional deficiency etc. so please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age.
