Q.
my baby boy is 13 months old...he is very active in all things but he is not sitting on his own...and not even walking...his weight is 9.5 kg

Give him some.support when he is sitting, walking some do start to walk after 16 months or so also. dont pressurise though on that to the baby.
give massages and also exposure to morning sunlight.
