Q.

My baby boy is 13 months old. He didn't get his first teeth. Rest all activities are fine. Is this a concern.

A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor. there is no need to worry because manyd times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also. so if your personald doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

A. Wait till the time of 17 months still if you do not see a single eruption happening then in that case you can consult a dentist but right now since there is no delay delay you don’t have to worry about it
