my baby boy is 13 months old and he is having cough and cold can we feed himm banana

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. don't, avoid giving banana, curd, citrus fruit and fruit juice during cough and cold.. Give home made simple soft diet.. You can also give khichdi, warm soups like Daal soup, vegetables soups

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. If your child is already suffering from cold or a cough, feeding banana isn t advisable as banana causes irritation when it comes in contact with mucus or phlegm.
