My baby boy is 11 and half months, he likes to eat sweet food items like kheer, shira etc. but it is safe to give him.How much sweet is ok at this age??

A. good evening giving sweets in the natural form is good however I would definitely not recommend you to give refined sugar to the child instead you can try to use some natural sweetness
