Q.
My baby boy is 10 months 2 weeks old . and recently started teething .He has two lower teeth popped up , from yesterday he is having loose motion in small amounts and 100.5 fever also is this teething symptoms or i have to see the doc. His weight is 7.6 kg.

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where sympthuomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever thagn it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

It would be good to check with the doctor for fever you can give medicine as of now whatever paracetamol you have available and if the loose motions are there that’s basically because of teething only that the child is having fever as well as loose motions the doctor would be able to help you with proper medication regarding the situation
