My baby boy is 1 year old. He is not gaining enough weight since last 4 months.His current weight is 8.150 kgs. He is also taking his meals properly. What should I do?

Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
