my baby boy is 1 year old and his waight is 7.5 kg only. he is eating all healthy food but not gain weight.what can I do.

If Even after eating when your child is not gaining weight accordingly that means your child is having some issue with the digestive system of your child you definitely need to go for further assessment and checkups for the same and then only you can come to know that
