my baby boy is 1 month old & problem is that always water go through right side eyes and also stick.

Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation

This is due to blocked tear duct which will open up on its own as the baby grows up. just clean the eyes with soft cotton cloth dipped and squeezed in lukewarm water.
