Q.
my baby boy has redness front side may be due to dipper rash . I try lot things but not cure what is best treatment for that

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving txhen at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.
to prevednt the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper
