So the basic that includes Khichdi porridge mashed banana mashed potato sweet potato varieties of dairy products including Paneer cheese and curd you can give lots and lots of water buttermilk Coconut water plus food items made out of ragi oats and Suji you can also give dry fruit powder seeds and nuts in the same manner
