my baby boy drinking both breast milk and formula milk and 3/4 formula milk,1/4 breast milk so this colour poop is ok pls tell

I think there would be 1% chance of your child having a stomach infection to full white and green colour is not I really considered good so in this case I would you suggest you to consult your paediatrician if they confirm help you with medication otherwise it is normal
