Dear mon if thats tha case then add dryfruits like one fig 2-3 almonds 2-3 cashew in the blender and mix it with milk along with it add honey to sweeten it instead of sugar......u can try fruit milk shakes like banana along with peanut butter.....it will help in increasing hb as well as give energy to child....include veg in different veriety u can check that on youtube the show pan cake of veg n pulses dosa etc...
