my baby boy 78 days old and he dont has eye contact and not tracking objects and no social smiling.

A. wait another two weeks bhfor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard

Q. #asktheexperts My child entered 9th week. Initially after few weeks of birth, he started recognizing my voice and my touch. he used to respond to sounds and move eye direction with sound. He used to maintain eye contact but not doing now.
