my baby boy 48days old has been crying at night time spitting lightly stool for 2 to 3days

I think it could probably be associated with stomach pain that your child is crying like that and that is why I would recommend you to give medicine for stomach pain once your child feels better your child is going to Cry and passing into three days is completely normal or pooping two or three times in the days also very normal
