My baby boy 3 years old but still not speak ( maa & papa) but gerally speak 1 to 10 numbers & ato z alphabet letter & also not sit all time wandering & now days he is not drink milk

Okay your child is basically hyperactive which is why your child is wandering in the house all the time which is completely alright not an issue in that case but if your child is not speaking much and your child knows everything other than normal talking then can I know your child all these things from speech or if you’ve given manual learning because it was manual learning the child would know how to communicate it’s the negative impact of the screen time that you may have given to the child
