my baby boy 25 days old he is doing little little loose motion in yellow colour or get rashes bcz of loose motion which syrup or sachtes is use for treatment plzz suggest or why it is happen ?

A. Lose motions in this age is completely normal don’t worry about it a child does not have better digestion that is why the motion can be extremely loose so need not worry about it and there is no medicine required
