my baby boy 2 yr 2 months old is having fever, cold and cough oral temperature 101.1 deg fahrenheit and underarm temperature 100.1 deg. I had given him paracip 250 mg 3 ml in the morning and afternoon please advice

A. See it is the nature of the fever to repeat every 5 to 6 hours so every six hours you can repeat the paracetamol that you’re giving and if the temperature does not subside within the time of 72 hours is constantly increasing despite of medication please consult your doctor
