my baby boy 18months old I'm using iron syrup but my baby boy motions block colour any problem

Since you’re very clearly mentioned that you’re giving Iron supplements of the black motion is because of that iron supplement only it is common with a child or an adult who is going to have an iron supplement usually pass black colour motion only that’s totally normal
