My baby boy 13 months old showed today blackstool at end of yellow stool .. is there any concern?

A. Hello my dear parent! Did you give any dark coloured foods to your child or any Iron medication given? If there is no discomfort in your child, then there is nothing to worry. If you find any, then please let your doctor know that and seek further guidance in this matter.
