My baby boy(10months) is 8kgs. He is very active all day and plays well. What food can i give for his weight gain. My family keeps on asking why he is looking thin. I give him steamed vegetables, suji with dates, oats porridge, ragi porridge…

A. hi. thars good , kerp offerkng semi solid foid like dal khichdi, suji khert, ipma, verity of porridge, cerelac, curd rice, dal roti, fruit n vegetabme purre. o. k.

A. You should start with Roti sabji now you should give every thing that you are making at home the food that we eat ultimately the child has to eat that only that the most healthy food so you should start with it as of now
