A. Hi her birth weight is 3.3kg. her current weight is not triple the birth weight. I give her all foods four times a day and twice milk of 200ml each and plenty of water and fresh fruit juice. her intake is quite good and no hesitation for food till date. still she is not gaining much weight. on an avg she gains 200-300gms per month now, at present she is 8kgs. on the chart she is always on Lower side on weight but height is ok 73cms.

A. Hi, usually the baby will get triple the birth weight by one year. So You can check according to your babies birth weight. In the first Cry app go to the parenting section click on the home, in the homepage you can see the height and weight for your babies age. See if the height and weight is lying between in that range. You can give five solid feed in a day and give adequate liquid like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice, water, milkshakes. Since baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which is prepare at home. Avoid outside food and junk food.Write Your Answer Here
