my baby boy 1 year 3 months doctor said his penis hole was very small advised for small surgery what can I do and how can we recognise penis is normal or not what are the symptoms

A. baby 15 month It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
