A. dear parent, your baby's weight has increased by 1.5 kg in 3 months which is a normal weight gain. baby should gain at least 500 grams per month. for healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. at one episode of breastfeeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
