my baby born August 6 now 3 month complete girl baby born weight 2700 but now also she's weight 2800 no weight gain drink milk full vomiting what reason man plzz tell me

Your child is only gain hundred grams in three months haven’t your doctor told you that the child is not gaining weight so you should start giving formula to the child because vomiting is normal in this age due to stomach but a weight gain is nothing so you please should start giving formula to the child
