my baby boody temperature is 99.3 can I give paracetamol drops

Yes of course you should give it when you see 99° that means it is fever itself so now it is more than 99 so fever is increasing you can give any good paracetamol drops whatever is available to you in the current time and you can repeat it again after six hours if the temperature increases
