how many drops of paracetamol drops should be given...?? as the temperature is above 99 degree

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she is having her body temperature 99 degrees then it’s not a fever so don’t give her any medicine but frequent breast feeding
