my 9 month old baby boy has a temperature 99.6 degree should I give him paracetamol drops and how much should I give

Approximately 10 drops one time and then you can repeat it again after six hours if it is needed as the fever medicine is meant to be given the same way and if the fever doesn’t subside within maximum time of 72 hours then you should go for further assistance
