my baby birth weight was 3.2 kg..after 70 days his weight is 4.3 kg.is he getting enough breastmilk?

Hello ma’am If your child has gained one KG in two months then that is a good weight gain because every month if a child gains minimum of half KG then that’s considered as a good healthy and decent weight gain so as of now do not worry about the weight going perfect and you are giving sufficient feed to the baby
