Q.

My baby birth weight was 2.5kg and now she is 6 months old and have a weight of 5.3kg. Is her growth chart normal? She is not rolling over to stomach. She rolled over only four times. Is it ok? Kindly suggest

A. hi mom usually babies weights doubles by his birth weight by 6 months now initiate with kitchen based feeds along with breastfeeding by 1 year babies weight almost tripples his birth weight

A. See if I look at the birth weight of the child the current weight is completely alright because it is double the birth weight but if I look as per normal standard your child is about 1 KG or 1 1/2 KG underweight as of now so now you should start with semisolid food after completing the time of six months that’s going to help in better weight gain also you should go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child
