Q.
My baby birth weight was 2.4kg and now after 2and half months baby weight is 4.5kg is it normal ??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, your baby’s weight gain has been normal, do not worry. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion. Good luck and take care.
