my baby birth weight is 4kg one month 3th day today weight 4.25 is this ok

Child should get at least 500 g in a month and looking at the current weight as you gave it your child hasn’t gained the weight it is expected to be there because it is mandatory that a child should gain that much to show a healthy weight gain I think the feed that you were giving is not working out well for your child
