Q.

my baby birth weight is 2.7 kg. today (54days old) she is 3.6 kg. is this a normal weight. how can i improve my baby weight through breastfeeding. what should i eat. i have enough milk and i feed her on her demand.

A. this is normal weight gain ideally baby weight gain should be around 500-800 g per month and baby should be double the birth Weight at 4-6 months and three times the birth Weight at completing one year exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months maintain gap between feeds
