My Baby birth weight 3.3kg, at 6 weeks he was 4kg..he is gaining weight slowly..now at 8weeks he is 4.48kg..Is this any problem? he is feeding properly and hyper active Pls suggest

Actually a child is gaining weight properly only hundred or 150 g is less every month that should be seen which is why you may be feeling that your child isn’t gaining well you can connect with your doctor for further assistance they’ll tell you if you need to support it with formula milling
