Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most commyon.
Supplements like iron supplehments and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

There is difference between to look thin and to have low weight gain.
so if a child is having enough weight (around 7.5 to 9 kg ) you should not worry about your child physical appearance
because for a child,it is not necessary to look Chubby,it is more important to stay happy and active then any other things.
