my baby back side head center point swelling on coin size 20days back I used ice cube that's cure but now return swelling what is the reason

A. the baby is 5 months of age if baby is getting a swelling on back side of the head you have to consult a doctor for physical examination of the baby not possible to give opinion without seeing
