Q.

my baby ate Laxman rekha. the moment I saw her i took that out from her mouth right away but I am sure she swallowed few particles. i tried to make her vomit but it's not happening. she is fine and sleeping right now. I am going to the pediatrician in the evening. i just wanted to know other first aids

A. clean the oral cavity of the child and wait and watch. if there is no vomiting then there is no need to worry but if vomiting occurs then you can give vomiting medicine and then meet your doctor. whether poisoning or any problem wxill occur or not only time will decide and the doctor will give symptomatic relief with the help of antacid medicines. whether any laxatives are rexquired or not will also be informed by the doctor. try to give easily digestible food to the child and regular fluids
