Q.

my baby ate hot food and cried immediately..since then he is crying while coughing and also become crncy ..what to do please suggest something

A. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child. For cold you can give syp maxtra /wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly. Indirect steam can also be given. For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsix Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink. . For wet coughingx you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child

A. I think the child has burnt its tongue or something because of the hot food that you have given so right now your child is one year plus right so you can apply honey onto the tongue and mouth of your child that is going to ease and if there is too much of irritation and pain give paracetamol before you put your child to sleep
