Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mostly it happens because of hormonal changes. please take food like multigrain food ,fresh fruit ,nuts more. avoid drinking RO water as it can cause nutritional deficiencies and lead to hair fall. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. apply coconut oil daily on your hair. wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder. it will help to make your hair strong. stay stress free as it can also affect.
