There can be two reasons behind it first that baby is having colic and another reason that baby is hungry. Check baby’s stomach if it is tight then baby is having colic in such case you have to apply hing and water mixture on baby stomach it will help baby to pass gas and give relief in pain. He still doesn’t get relief then consult your paediatrician
