my baby always scratches her head and rub her eyes all the time.I didn't understand what to do

Please consult your pediatrician as if she's not having any mineral or vitamin deficiency.
Give her BM as well as probiotics millets and citrus fruits.
Give her iron rich food.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 35/
