Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. this is common in infants they pull their hair and sometimes it will harm them as their skin is very delicate so as their scalp and hair. you can apply oil on hair so that no tangles will form and when baby try to grab hair it won't be entangled
