ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. your baby is farting then you need to give sometimes Himalaya bonnisan drops some ajwain and fennel seeds soaked water to drink that will improve digestion as long as gases are being passed baby won't be uncomfortable
