my baby always have this bruises on her knees and below.is something serious

A. Tbact you can apply on the bruises if you want whether it is not required because bruises are going to settle down on their own only till the time there is no swelling or anything that needs to be taken care of there is no need to do anything because bruises on their own otherwise you can apply the screen if you want
