Q.

My baby always have a tendency to vomit during sleeping.. After every feed I try to remove gas from her. It is difficult to go.. She can't sleep well due to vomiting tendency.. But not vomiting She doesn't poop since 2 days

A. this is a common problem in the babies you can give bonnisan drops three times a day to the child which will help in good digestion and should also give good burping after every feed
